What is PCHGames?
PchGames is part of the PCH family of websites and allows you to play games online
for free and for prizes. The tokens you collect can be used on PCHGames and on PCHtrivia
to enter sweepstakes for chances to win a variety of prizes.
PCH Rating
How to Rate an Avatar: To rate an Avatar, while logged in, go to the user's profile
page and click View My Avatars. Click on the Avatar and use the star ratings under
the large Avatar image.
How to Rate a game: To rate a game, while logged in, go to any game page and mouse
over the blue stars on the right of the Play Button. Your rated games will turn
the stars red and display the rating you gave for the game.

What’s the difference between this site and others of its type?
PCHGames is an online site that allows you to play free games to win prizes. You
will not be asked to purchase or pay for anything. Playing is always free.

Why Did You Remove My Game?
We periodically review the popularity of the games we offer and strive to provide
a selection of games with broad appeal. Unfortunately, the game in question has
been removed from the site and replaced with another game. We will continue to monitor
the feedback and performance of our games and if necessary revisit this decision.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
When I try to play a game nothing happens.
You may be running a pop-up blocker that is preventing our games from launching.
To override your pop-up blocking software try one of the following:
1. Hold down the "Ctrl" key when clicking on a "Play Now" button.
2. Set your pop-up blocker to allow pop-ups from this site.
Or, you may need to update the free Flash player software that we use for all of
our free online games. It will only take a minute. To update your free Flash player
software, please visit Adobe's website here:

And, don't worry. This software will only help you play our games. It is not a virus,
or anything like that. It's the software that makes PCHGames work -and that's it!
You may need to restart the computer after installation.
I can't see the entire game screen. It gets cut off.
It is likely that your computer monitor is set at 800x600 pixels or less. On Windows
computers, right click on your desktop, select Properties. Then, select Display
Properties. The minimum resolution of your monitor should be set at 1024x768. On
Mac, visit Display Properties and set for 1024x768 at a minimum.
How do I change my avatar?
To change your avatar click "My Profile," then select "Edit Profile," and select
a new avatar and then click "apply." Your new avatar will appear right away.
How do I adjust the volume of my games?
To lower or increase the volume of the games, you must adjust this via the volume
control on your computer. For PC’s, go to the Settings area of your computer, click
on Control Panel, and then Sounds and Audio Devices. In this area, there is a tab
called Volume, please adjust the volume to your liking here. For Macs, you can adjust
the volume by clicking on the speaker on the top right menu bar and dragging the
volume control up or down.
System Requirements
To play on PCHGames you must have the following minimum system Requirements:
Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape or Firefox
Windows 98 (Second Edition), ME, 2000, NT or XP
400 mhz processor or better
Flash 6 or higher
56k internet connection or better
Javascript enabled
Other operating systems or browsers may work, but cannot be guaranteed to work and
will not be supported at this time.
You may need to update the free Flash player software that we use. It will only

In rare instances pop-up blockers may prevent you from launching a game. If you
use a pop-up blocker and are having trouble playing a game, try the following:
1. Hold down the "Ctrl" key and click to override the popup blocker
2. Set your pop-up blocker to allow pop-ups from this site
My Account
If you are having trouble logging in:
Make sure you are using your e-mail address as your Login, not your user name. Your
user name is used for display on the site but always use the e-mail address you
signed up with as your login.
Sign In Page says incorrect password
Please try again! Your password does not match your login email address. If you’re
a PCHtrivia user, please make sure you sign in with your PCHtrivia email login address.
You do not need to create a separate login for PCHGames.

Your login email address is already registered with PCHtrivia and can be used for
PCHGames as well. Remember to enter your PCHtrivia password, too, and then start
playing!
Can I Change my PCHGames Username?
Unfortunately, we do not have a method to change your username at this time. You
may, however, register a new account using the desired username if you wish. Please
be advised that we are not able to transfer your tokens between multiple accounts.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
How to Update Profile on PCHGames?
To change your account information on PCHGames, please sign in and click on the
"Profiles" button at the top of the page. Next, click on the "Edit My Profiles"
button. Enter the changes you wish to make and click the "Update Details" button
at the bottom.
If you have logged in but the site is saying you are not logged in:
This is most likely due to the cookie on your browser becoming corrupt. Your cookie
controls letting your computer know that you are logged into PCHGames.
To fix this, please navigate away from PCHGames. Clear your cookies and cache for
your browser. Navigate back to www.pchgames.com and sign back in.
If you are not sure if you received tokens for the game you played:
You can look up your tokens transactions by following the below steps:
1) Navigate to
http://www.pchgames.com/games/allgames.aspx
2) Log into the site
3) Click My Profile
4) Click My Transactions
You’ll be able see all tokens that were added to or subtracted from your account.
If you don’t see tokens you think you should have won, please send us the game you
were playing, the day, time, score, and tokens you earned from that game and we
will check to see if it submitted correctly.
If you don’t think your scores or tokens are reporting to the leaderboard
properly:
There are two leader boards for each game on PCHGames.
The top leader board is the HIGH SCORE leader board. The bottom leader board is
the TOKENS TOTAL leader board. Each leader board lasts for 1 week starting and ending
at midnight Sunday Eastern Standard Time. The top 5 leaders on each board will be
awarded 500 treats for their top scores (If more than 5 people tie on the leader
boards, they will all be awarded the 500 tokens). Each leader board only houses
the top 100 players.
The HIGH SCORE leader board represents the highest score players have achieved on
the game for the week. Your highest score that week will be put up on the leader
board. High Scores are not cumulative, so they will not add up the more you play.
The only way to increase the score is to play better and score higher. This is designed
to show you who played better or worse then you. Everyone with higher scores represents
people who played better then you that week. Everyone with lower scores represents
people you played better than this week.
The TOKENS TOTAL leader board represents the number of treats you have earned for
this game this week. Your token total continues to rise, the more tokens you are
awarded. This is designed to show you who is playing more or less then you on this
game this week. Players who have higher token total most likely played more games
than you by earning more tokens. Players who have fewer tokens most likely played
less games than you and thus earned less tokens.
As you can see, at PCHGames, we reward players who are skilled at the games, but
also reward those players who love the game and play often.
If you are having trouble with our games:
Ninety percent of game problems are caused by a corrupt Flash player. If you are
having trouble, the first step is to uninstall and re-install a clean copy of the
Adobe Flash Player.
To uninstall Flash:
1) Navigate to

2) Click on the correct uninstaller for your computer
3) Save it to your desktop
4) Double click the uninstaller on the desktop and follow the instructions
5) When it is complete, reboot your computer
To install Flash:
1) Navigate to
http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
2) Click Download Now and follow the instructions
3) Navigate back to www.pchgames.com and select a game
If you have followed these steps and are still having trouble, please email us the
problem as well as your computer specifications. It is important for us to have
this information so we can research the issue. Please send the following:

If you don’t see your name in the Players Online list:
The player’s online list only displays the most recent 50 users to the site. So
if you have been online for a while chances are more people have signed on in the
meantime and your name has dropped to the bottom of the list and will not display.
What can I do with my tokens?
If you live in the United States and are over the age of 18, you can use your tokens
to enter sweepstakes for free here:

There is no cost to enter the sweepstakes. The sweepstakes change every month and
each month new winners are chosen.

How can I change my address or email address?
Click the “My Account” tab on the top navigation bar and click on the “Create /
Update Profile” tab. You can create and update all your account information there.
How do I remove my email from your list?
To remove your email address from our list, please click
here to unsubscribe.
Then follow the instructions on the “Unsubscribe Request” page. You
will need to:
1) Enter your email address in the space provided at the top of the page
2) Submit your request
Please note you may continue to receive emails while your request is being processed.
Please notify us if our emails do not stop after 10 business days. If you receive
our emails to more than one email address, please be sure to process an unsubscribe
request for each one.
Can I have more then one account?
No. Opening multiple accounts for the same user is not permitted.
I forgot my username and my password. What should I do?
All you have to do is click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the sign - in page
and enter your login email address. Your password, as well as your username, will
be sent to your account. Check back if you don’t receive it within the next couple
of minutes.
I cannot redeem tokens because I am receiving an error message saying
that I don’t live in the USA.
PCHgames’ sweepstakes are only available to U.S. residents. If you do reside in
the U.S., please visit your account page, select the “Info” tab and then hit “Edit”
to update your country to the United States. That will solve the problem and you
will be able to redeem tokens for sweepstakes entries.
