PCHGames SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Any sweepstakes commences upon launch of the sweepstakes entry page with any particular sweeps and ends 11:59pm EST of day of sweeps as listed on PCHGames. (the "Promotional Period"). Entrants must be a legal resident of the continental United States, and at least 18 years of age or older. Allowable entries per day are listed on the pchgames.com website. The use of any system or agent to submit entries in connection with this Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sweepstakes not open to employees and their immediate families of Sponsors. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned except as herein indicated.

2. WAYS TO ENTER:
VIA ONLINE: The Sweepstakes will be posted on www.pchgames.com starting on or about 12 AM EST of sweeps beginning date and ending at midnight EST of end date as listed on pchgames.com website. Incomplete or inaccurate online entry forms are void. By completing the online entry form, you are agreeing to be notified by email if you are chosen as a winner in this Sweepstakes. By entering, participants acknowledge compliance with these official rules including all eligibility requirements. Arkadium Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, licensees, advertising and promotional agencies, printing agents, any other sponsors and any other affiliates or agents (collectively the "Sponsors") are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions, human error, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the online portion of the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the online portion of the Sweepstakes. Should the online portion of the Sweepstakes be terminated or cancelled prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the website, and any online entries received prior to the termination or cancellation will be included in the drawing. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void. The use of any automated system or agent to submit entries in connection with this Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify an individual whom Sponsors determine, in their sole discretion, is attempting to tamper with the Sweepstakes or website. In the event of a dispute over who submitted the winning entry, the holder of the winning first name and email address will be declared the winner. Collection of personally identifiable information will be in accordance with the Arkadium’s PCHGames’ Privacy Policy as posted on pchgames.com. All email entries must be received at pchgames.com by midnight EST of end date as listed on pchgames.com website

3. Potential Winner Selection: One Potential Prize Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received in a random drawing held on or about 3 to 5 business days after the end of the sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential Winner will be notified by email within ten (10) days of drawing. If a Potential Winner cannot be reached within five (5) days from the first notification attempt, then that Potential Winner shall be disqualified and an alternate Potential Winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries received. In order for Potential Prize Winner to be deemed the Prize Winner, he or she will be required to sign an affidavit as indicated in paragraph 6.

4. The Sweepstakes prizing is as follows: Prize: One prize (or more at the discretion of Arkadium’s PCHGames and as listed on pchgames.com) with an estimated retail value $25 (or more at the discretion of Arkadium’s PCHGames). Prize winner acknowledges responsibility for the payment of any and all local, state and federal taxes on the value of Prize.

5. Grand prize is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent. Substitution of prizing by winner is not permitted. Sweepstakes Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to substitute any prize with a prize of comparable or greater value. In the event that the winner chooses not to accept his/her prize, or is unable to be notified, an alternate winner will be randomly selected from all of the remaining entries. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

6. Winner must prove eligibility to Sweepstakes Sponsors satisfaction. Arkadium may require Winner within five (5) business days from their receipt, to sign and return to Sponsors a) an Affidavit of Eligibility and Compliance with Official Rules Form; b) a General Release Form; and c) all legal documents which Sweepstakes Sponsors may require (including a W-9 tax form). Such documents shall include (i) releasing Sweepstakes Sponsors and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any liability, claims, demands, and cause of action from personal injury, loss or damage, including death and property damage, theft, or loss suffered or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or the use or acceptance or possession of the prize or any portion thereof; and (ii) where permitted by law, grant Sweepstakes Sponsors the right to use his/her name, voice, and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Entry into Sweepstakes constitutes winner's agreement to sign such Forms. Receipt of any of the prize components of this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations. . Noncompliance with any of the above will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

7. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges and Sweepstakes Sponsors, which are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Sponsors reserve the right to permanently disqualify from any promotion any person it believes has intentionally violated these rules or otherwise tampered with any element of this Sweepstakes.

8. Force Majeure. The failure to comply with any provision of these official rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of either (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.
